The main opposition party BNP will stage demonstration rally in the capital on Wednesday and protesting a case filed against party Chairperson Khaleda Zia.

Besides it, the party will also hold demonstration countrywide on Thursday to protest the same issue.

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, acting secretary general of the party, on Tuesday came up with the announcement at a press briefing at BNP’s Naya Paltan central office around 11:30am.

On Monday the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) filed a case against Khaleda and three others for abusing power to establish Zia Orphanage Trust.
