BANGLADESH ANTI-CORRUPTION, NATIONAL ELECTION COMMISSION AND CONCERNS…

After establishment of democratic government of Bangladesh running 9th national parliament. Many complex opinions, legal references, arguments continued concerning autonomous commission in Bangladesh such anti-corruption, national election commission, etc who are only responsible to express their accountability(if require) only to HE President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Here is no doubt for fake gossiping or complex issues. Present election commission, in view of major reliable sources is totally independent and sincere to continue their role and duties. A few times before an chaos was circulated for breaking the mentioned independent governing bodies. But where NEC is transparent continuing their roles with transparency its not fair to make such negative and unexpected issues against these governing bodies. But in other hand opposition party(s) or institutes have rights to express corrective points where necessary. But after execution of the 9th national parliament by this NEC, some can be not satisfied for political issues and that is separate political concerns. As same about our Anti- Corruption commission some issues baseless was made complex arguments. But who are analysts and learned the law and constitution with experienced , are known the rights as expressed in this article where is no way to issue nay negative or partiality issues on such matter. But it must be included that Anti-Corruption or such any other established commission which are selected by the Bangladesh Government should be maximum powered to enforce and should more independent ,transparent for continuing their duties and roles for the nation. Hope the social civil society, all professionals and peoples of Bangladesh would have to realize the facts properly.
